Fulfillment and Delivery

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, depending on stock availability. Typically, deliveries arrive within 5-7 working days after the order is placed; however, lead times may be longer for low-stock or made-to-order items.
We currently offer delivery within the UK, and we use Royal Mail and EVRI for shipping, opting for their 48-hour tracked services (unless otherwise stated). While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or courier staff shortages. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe or the recipient has not received it, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the courier.
Should you require faster delivery (e.g. next day delivery) please reach out via the "contact us" page on our website. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, express shipping options will incur an additional charge.

Cancellation and Returns Policies

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible via the "contact us" section on our website, ideally within 24 hours of your purchase. We will then process a full refund within 2-3 working days.
If your order has already been shipped, refunds can only be issued if the item is returned to us unused and in its original condition, within 30 days of delivery.

What packaging and candle vessels can I recycle or reuse?

All our product gift boxes, wax melt clam packs/glassine bags, flyers and packaging materials e.g. void fill, tissue paper, parcel tape, cardboard boxes etc are fully recyclable. (Please note: for magnetic gift boxes, remove the magnets before recycling the boxes with household waste). Candle drawstring bags can also be easily repurposed.
All of our candle vessels are recyclable, but we strongly encourage you to reuse/repurpose them instead. You can remove any leftover wax residue by pouring freshly boiled water into the vessel (about 2 inches will do), leave for a few hours - the wax will rise to the top and solidify. Remove the solidified wax residue and the wick and wick pad, then wash the vessel with hot, soapy water, rinse and dry. The vessels can be reused as small planters for herbs, trinket pots or pen / toothbrush holders, supporting our commitment to reduce waste through repurposing and recycling.
Please note: diffuser refills are now available. We encourage you to keep your diffuser vessels for refills or reuse. Otherwise, the glass vessels can be cleaned and recycled via household glass recycling. The reeds and diffuser flowers should be disposed of as general household waste.
